I wonder if one of you mavens out there can give information about these. I believe they are given to servicemen and are postage-free. I am particularly interested in knowing in what year they were produced. Thanks for your help.
Yup, Perf12! I thought that was a serial number, because I believed they were from the 1990's. But no, they're from the 1960's. Thanks for a great link.
