I have a complete set of Belgian Congo Scott #263 ˝˘ to #284 100fr but the are all overprinted SPECIMEN. Scott catalog does not handle these. Was wondering if anyone has come across them and the are worth any more or less than the regular issue. Thanks for your help in advance as always.

Could you describe the set, rather than giving Scott numbers, please?

I think he may be referring to the 1952 definitive series of flowers, though the range goes from 10c (not ˝c) to 100F.

That is correct it is the 1952 definitive set and does start at 10c not ˝˘. Sorry about the confusion. No scanner right now so pictures are a little difficult. Thanks for all the responses.
