Spanish West Africa Revenue Stamps 1911

My first impression is that of Pallas Athena.
Though I still cannot link to a revenue stamps.

A slight connection to Mars, as Pallas Athena was the goddess of war.

Since the Renaissance, Athena has become an international symbol of wisdom, the arts, and classical learning. Western artists and allegorists have often used Athena as a symbol of freedom and democracy.

ATHENE (Athena) was the Olympian goddess of wisdom and good counsel, war, the defence of towns, heroic endeavour, weaving, pottery and various other crafts. She was depicted as a stately woman armed with a shield and spear, and wearing a long robe, crested helm, and the famed aigis--a snake-trimmed cape adorned with the monstrous visage of the Gorgon Medousa (Medusa).

Defining icon maybe her long blouse, with what looks like a neck trimming of the Gorgon Medousa (Medusa).

Perhaps it is Minerva, Athena in Roman guise. Minerva wore a lot of specific hats as a goddess of war (check), music (lyre), medicine (caduceus), crafts (paint palette) and commerce (gear?), among others. Her helmet looks more like that shown on Roman statues when in war mode.

HB, Pallas Athene and Minerva I have as interchangeable, or in parallel.

"[From a description of an ancient Greek play portraying the Judgement of Paris:] A second girl then burst in, whom you would have recognized as Minerva [Athene]. Her head was covered with a gleaming helmet which was itself crowned with an olive-wreath; she bore a shield and brandished a spear.

Her garment is usually the Spartan tunic without sleeves, and over it she wears a cloak, the peplus.

I think we have it solved, but still would like to hear it from the intelligentsia.
I have emailed several, without response so far.

In Jos' stamp
the tunic has what appears to have a "snaked skinned aegis with the gorgon image" at her neck.

Thanks for the good support and for playing detective.
Collecting stamps outside the main collecting areas brings a lot of new iwteresting knowledge.
I spend many weeks both in Italy and Greece and I never figured out that Minerva was basically the Roman version of Athena

Some of the early revenues of Fernando Poo, now part of Equatorial Guinea.
There are quite some overprints of these Movil stamps for postal use. several different "Coreos' handstamps are known. Some of them sell for thousands of dollar. For the stamp in the middle of the page I paid $5
