I believe one is German not sure especially the (Auxvall) cancelation. Have you seen them before??

First one is Monaco. Second is German states BAYERN = Bavaria

Also, first two items are postal stationery, newspaper wrappers.

AXVALL is in Sweden and that is a typical Swedish cancel for the era. Is what is on the reverse a secret or ?

Axvall, not Auxvall, is a town in Sweden. Maybe this letter was addressed to someone there?

PKsPassport, thank you very much!

And very interesting, too. Not exactly postally used (typically used from PO to PO or PO customer), it's a formula card that was used here to give a message from the Axvall postmaster or clerk to (probably) a postal customer at the same town, perhaps put in their PO box or included with their mail for pickup. The cancel makes it an official message, then.

Can anyone give us a good translation of the message?

The translation is: "A reciept is expected immediately for a post/package(?) from Helsingborg the 6th of Nov. picked up from here by you."
