Another re-entry question :). Going through a small batch of mint 6c red brown small queens, in a mostly futile attempt to sort by shade, and noticed 2 odd ones.

First one. From info in Unitrade & the re-entry site, believe this to be 43ii, most prominent in my copy in the 2nd "A" or CANADA and at the bottom left.

Second one. Not sure what is going on here - overall the impression is blurred compared to the others. Thoughts?

Image of "normal" & the set for comparison. The two in question are on the far left.

Thanks! Greg

I would need a much sharper scan of just the area in question to be sure. But nice specimens, nonetheless.

Would love to see sharper images also.

The first one definitely looks like a re-entry though.

On your 1st one, please also note the bottom left frame appears double too. Nice stamp. POssible position 24 (see Re-entry site from Mr Trimble (re-entry . com) and go to 6c small queen red brown, #4 for a comparison with yours.

Thank you - yes, that looks like a pretty good match to me.

Re scan quality, afraid I can't get more detail. A better scanner is on my wishlist, will update this thread once I've done so, since I'll be hanging onto this stamp.

Thanks!

Your first stamp has a definite mark on the second "a".
Ralph at re-entries may help.
