Chances that you have two of these (Sassone 1, Scott 17) mint, with CV $8000, is pretty unlikely to put it mildly.

There are definite differences between these two but that again can be legit too depending on plates... You need to find a high res photos/scans of a legit example to compare them. Might try one of the larger auction house catalogs or societies to see if you can get one. |

These are Sardinia stamps from the last 1863 printing.They have privately done perforations. (Sassone 14E) .They go around for 15-20$ a piece..
if they have original gum.
Italy 1 has perf 11.5 x 12. |
