John - Thanks for the reply.
I contacted the artist per his web page. He was nice enough to reply, but had no specific memory of this cover or painting, only at some point someone put a stack in front of him to sign. Also does not know where the original ended up.

Since you are the first to notice, l just happened to have an extra set of the above covers. I'd be happy to sent you a set of the above if you like. Send me your address in an email.
