Help With Identification - Spanish? Language. Revenue?

classic_paper, yes, I tried "timbre para facturas", verbatim, but my Spanish is limited enough that I couldn't make any country connection, lots of facturacion de electronica. Since seeing your note I have tried "timbre para facturas stamp" and get the Spain connection. Thanks, will remember for next time ...

The castle and the lion (Castile y León) in the coat of arms say "Spain" to me, even without resorting to any linguistic or philatelic knowledge.

You might check Stamp Smarter. Being a US collector that occasionally buys lots with mixed foreign stuff in I sometimes use the following world wide stamp / language identifiers:

I'm always looking for better ways to locate where a stamp is from. I seem to always get one or two with every order I bring in. There are almost always revenue stamps also.

I offer this routine for your consideration.

On your SCF open page, open a new tab at top called "stamps"
Here you can save links to all sorts of things for stamping.

At the top of mine (3rd top) is "Translate"
save the link to Google translate.

Done
Now simply type in "Timbre Para Facturas" and Google will do the rest

Thanks to jconey and Rod222 for the help with identification tools. I have 10-15 hardcopy identification resources (books, pamphlets, etc.) some black and white, some in color, several of which are quite old (good!) and all are well-used. as I collect worldwide. I almost always use Google translate, Google text search and/or the SCF search function. I have tried both the StampSmarter text tool and the Stamp Identifier image app. with mixed results. More input welcome ...
