Chinese Stamp ID With Overprint

I have a Chinese stamp 100 denomination that I need help to ID, it has a overprint. Can you help me?

Looks like a chungking overprint
SG#247. Scott#179 republic of China
1944. Sun yat-sen (3rd issue redrawn)
(Recess paicheng printing co, nanping)
100$ brown imperf

Assuming you have access to Scott. Suggest you look at the listings for Sinkiang.

A larger, sharper resolution photo of the overprint would be helpful.

Chengtu(T9) and Chungking(T3) are listed under sinkiang also (T3)

Justfella - The second character is all wrong.

This is an ROC stamp
Sinkiang Def 011 Dr. Sun Yat-sen Issue, 1st Pai Cheng Print, with Overprint Reading #12317;Restricted for Use in Sinkiang.
The overprint was also done by the Pai Cheng Printing Press in No.6 Sung typeset characters.
Issue date: 1943-01-01 set of 14 stamps.

There seems to be a typo printing fault in the 2nd character (missing the horiz. strokes) in the OP's stamp

My Stanley gibbons vol17 China 8 edition, Only has a listing for T3 Chungking for this stamp?
Would Chungking be considered part of Fukien? (Eastern-southern)
since it's the only listing

Glad I am sticking with Ireland overprints.

Chungking was the capital of Nationalist China from (1937–1945).
It appears the overprint is on the , 1st Pai Cheng Print (1942).
The stamp was printed by the Pai Cheng Printing Press at Nanping in Fukien Province.
The Overprint was done at the Pai Cheng Printing Press in 1943.Apparently they must of used some left over stamps from the 1st 1942 printing (brown stamp).The majority of the others were the bistre yellow shade of 1943.

Pre-1945 wasn't Chungking considered part of sinkiang and post-1945 Szechwan?
