100% genuine. Stamp is from the last column of either top left or bottom left pane.

At the Stampsmarter site you might use the Washington Franklin identifier athttps://stampsmarter.org/features/S...rank_ID.html to narrow the identification possibilities to the following:
Sc. 418, which is perf 12,
Sc. 514, which is perf 11
Sc. 437 or 475, both of which are perf 10. the former with single line watermark the latter without any watermark.

Your stamp appears to me to be perf 11, but you would want to check with your gauge to confirm.

As to value, if you confirm it is Sc. 514, you can find used ones on the market ( ebay or Hipstamp) offered for well under $1.00 USD.
