I don't find this one in my 2020 Scott. I need the Cat. # and Cat. value (I know its worth is much less that the Cat. Value), but would like the Cat. value anyway. Its going into an APS Circuit Book. I'd appreciate getting this information.

Parcel Post stamp of Martinique. Q1 is 5F. High cat of $475 back in 2009, but I suspect this has a high possibility of being a forgery because of the unlisted value. Would need an expert opinion; perhaps someone here is capable of doing so.

A normal, rather than a parcel post, stamp, I think. In black, this would be Yvert 25, 2015 value €47 used or €65 mint. It could just be very washed out black, given the damage to the stamp.

An overprinted French Colonies postage due (Sc J8). The Martinique overprints of French colonies J5-9 come both in black and red. Yours is Sc 28, Yt 25 as others have mentioned. Yvert assigns premiums for varieties, such as inverted and missing/displaced dot after 15c. Although in bad shape, your stamp has some nice inking issues, such as the almost invisible second "i" in Martinique.
