All three are Austria Newspaper stamps show Mercury (Hermes). First two are from a set of four issued in 1908-1910 and the third is also from a set of four issued in 1901. I haven't Scott catalogue so can't provide catalogue numbers and values.
"From 1900, publishers could commission private wrappers for one or more copies, imprinted with the same design as the loose stamps but in different colours" (from the Austrian Philatelic Society)
