Four years after issue, and after the postcard rate had increased to fifteen cents. It would have overpaid a first class letter (or contributed to a larger amount due for a heavier piece). I'm smelling a lot of "philatelic" coming off of that one. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I'd keep it, if it had passed through my hands.
