This is the only one I got that has a hand cancel that is not a revenue stamp I thought was odd does this happen does it make the stamp worth more money. IF You can find another please post here thanks.

Nothing odd about it. Overprinted for use in Cuba with a manuscript cancel. Typically manuscript cancels are less desirable.
