The stamp has 4 slightly short teeth. Gum is perfect.
I would like to know the grade of the stamp.

I assume that you are referring to traditional rather than numerical grading in which case it is centered "Fine" with several short perforations. Of course it can be subjective and somebody else may call it "Fine-Very Fine" and an ebay seller will call it "Superb!!!".

A US stamp with this centering would only be an 80 if the perfs were all normal. With these perfs it would not even get a grade, at least from the PF.

I agree: short perfs are a defective stamp for purists (except for very high valued and rare stamps); especily when you want to sell them; it better be mentioned as having short perfs..

Bear in mind that, in the UK, "fine" etc tends to refer to the condition of the stamp. The description of centring is usually a separate matter.

An amusing thing about philately is that what seems like the simplest question will never get a single clear cut answer with a consensus. One thing we can do is beat things to within an inch of their life and even to death and back. I love it!
