Mellone lists four Michael Sanders cachets for the issue (1012-23 through 1012-26). The first three are described by the colors used, red/blue, red/purple and green/purple, the fourth is only described by "raised print". It turns out that the first three all have raised print as does the unlisted souvenir card. Does anyone have examples that shed light on these?
