I'm wondering if anybody has had Russian stamps with perfs different than Scott Catalogue? Example #4681: I get 12 x 12.25 and Scott has 12 x 11.5 or 11.5 x 12. I have found a few of these with differing perfs. I am using the Phila Combi Box perf guage.

Scott barely scratches the surface of Russian stamps. You will find Michel do be much more comprehensive in covering variations. Also, as with other major Countries you will need to go to a specialized catalog such as Zagorsky if you really, really want detail. Michel should do the trick though for most collectors of Russian/Soviet material.

Here's the Michel Online listing (click to enlarge). It shows 12.25 x 12.
