Can you expand on the above, doesn't make sense.

Looks like a product seal
Not a revenue.
The text needs translation first.
The design offers little, unless seeds in the corners.

Unfortunately the site does not support Asian characters.

Yamanaka Akira is my reading of the characters in the middle of the stamp.

The circular texts on the seal is address of the person or firm.

Just noticed this thread and would like to add some information;

The surrounding characters are the firm's address and could be read as "Dai-Nippon Teikoku Musashi-Koku Tokyo Shiba-ku Mishima-cho 10-banchi" = No.10, Mishima-cho, Shiba district, Tokyo, Musashi province, Imperial Japan.

The three characters in the middle should be read as "Yamanaka shou", which means "seal of Yamanaka". The third character could be indeed read as "Akira" when used as a (given) name, but in this case, it is very likely to be read as "shou" (or "sho" with long o) meaning badge, seal or icon.
