Curious if anyone here recognizes this stamp? This is the best reference image I can find; in my opinion it looks like a graphic of a pair of orange hands knitting over a pink background. The text is too blurry for me to make out without any context. Any help would be much appreciated!

Curious to know why the "Need" to identify this stamp
It obviously isn't in your possession.

Can you offer any backstory?

I am amazed at how clear the individuals picture is holding the postcard while the postcard and hand holding it are a blur. Magical slight of hand? I imagine, "the postcard" looks like that to anyone after a party night out. But I will take a stab at the stamp. Looks like its denominated with a 4N in the top left corner of the stamp which possibly makes it a stamp from Zambia and possibly showing the traditional craft and art of knitting.

Its a photo effect of depth of field it looks like the post card is in the same plane as the face but the card is closer and the f-Stop of the camera is set to a smaller number like f/4 the aperture is large (the numbers seem reversed) less light is needed but the amount of area in focus is smaller.

I see a very strong color choice, and it triggers my memory for similar stamp designs with rudely strong colors and simple forms... but I can't recall.
I'll leave it to engraving specialists and "How's your eye" veterans.
Hmmm... there's a thought, this could be a great spin-off of "How's your eye".

From what year is the movie/show that you took the screen shot? That would at least give us an upper bound.

OP here, I'm in the process of creating a replica of this postcard from this film. The film takes place in 1970, but it came out in 2014 so unless the props department were very thorough on this, the stamp could easily be more recent. the graphic looks more 80's/early 90's to me, personally. It's quite possible that this isn't a real stamp but something the props people whipped up. Just looking for anything that could point me in the right direction.

Much appreciated!

Do you know what country the film is set in?

To me it looks African, 1960s - they often had strong colours like this. Not sure what the grey thing is in the middle but it does look like knitting, with a trail of wool hanging off the bottom. That said, it could be a local craft or something.

If we knew the country, you'd be almost there.

Any more clues for us?

What is the name of the film?
Where it is taking place?
Where was it shot?
Any significant plot line to where the character would be getting a card from?
Etc.

The point being, the more help you help us, the better the chance of us being able to help you.

I think the currency might begin with a K rather than an N, but in countries like Malawi and Zambia (the kwacha) the K precedes the number. Also, it looks like the name of the country is 2 words, written vertically on left side of stamp. That being said I have no idea what country it is from.
