I have narrowed down to Turkey or Palestine, possibly revenue stamps but I am at a loss in identifying these two stamps.

All help is greatly appreciated.

I think that's it, scan is not perfect for ID
I am concerned with the "3 line crescent and the "20" paras value tablets

Oops that was the 1915 issue

Numbers according to Suleymaniye, Emir Erray (March 2010), Revenue stamps of Ottoman Empire.

The left stamp is a newspaper stamp from 1891, 2 paras light brown. (#8470; 5106)

The right stamp is a fixed fee stamp from 1910, 3pi. (#8470; 640)
