The crosshatched background in the portrait makes this Scott 224, the re-engraved Waterlow printing.

1934 re-engraved. Stanley Gibbons nr. 452.

As rogdcam explains.
See below pictures. Look at the circle behind the efigy of King George V.
The (original) top stamp only has horizontal lines in the background.
The (re-engraved) bottom stamp has horizontal and diagonal lines make up the background to the portrait.
