Again, not sure
I see online that the "horizontal laid paper type is #41a.
Cannot find a reference to vertical laid paper

Follow the link I posted in this other similar topic you started and you will find that this stamp groundwork is NOT inverted.

This is from the 1903 issue,perf 14-15 compound vertically laid paper, scott 57c.
