Howdy,

I have three Albania stamps from 1920 and none of them have overprints of "Besa" or any "Post Horn". So my question is - what are these exactly? What are their values if you could guess?

There's no name for these other than "unissued without overprint".

The set of 6 would probably sell for something in the neighborhood of $50.

Imperfs exist that are considered proofs.
