Thank you for the detailed answer.
The more I learn, the more questions I have. It never ends.
Last question then: Is it correct to assume that reproductions, reprints, and replicas (Facsimile) do not serve for postal usage, but can be used for philatelic use (like souvenir sheets)?

'Reprint' can mean a lot of things.

There are those where stocks of stamps have become depleted, and the stamps are reprinted. The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man had a habit of changing the year in the bottom margin.
Other than fresh print runs of definitives, the UK has re-issued Machins because of tariff changes.

Some countries include a year code printed in iridescent ink for quality-control purposes. Essentially those are recognisable reprints.

Sometimes a design is re-used years after it has been used for a stamp issue.

In philately the word reproduction means the same as replica. Scott only uses the word reprint in any non-derogatory way in its catalogs.

And in the cases of the stamps in this thread, "Reproduction" means they are forgeries, like modern.

The long and short of it: the items for sale at the top of this thread are not genuine. They were not printed by a recognized authority, either as intended or in error, for postal or philatelic use. The purpose behind their creation is debatable, but their authenticity is not.

I was hoping a real expert would give the new readers and new collectors a better explanation about these two stamps ,one being the first printing and the second printing as I mentioned two days ago ,the real stamp was engraved and then reengraved . The reason the person selling the stamp on ebay is putting up small scans is because you then can not see the details on the stamp so that is the reason for the small scan . As I said earlier someone is having fun and games .
