Warden, I do not know. Maybe, someone who has a SG SoW catalogue can post a scan of the listings I mentioned that allows the people familiar with these stamps to confirm the unmentionable site correctly matches Scott and SG numbers.
That would be my interpretation of John Becker's post.
I have Empire and GB catalogues, but no SoW.

Edit: That would take away any thoughts that the unmentionable got it wrong and it still is not a Scott 64. From earlier replies, I would expect the outcome of a 64b to be somewhat of a surprise for those familiar with the stamp.

I question the 'unmentionable site' cross reference that NSK cited. How do they know what the SG - Scott cross reference is? In my opinion the 'unmentionable site' simply tried to matched up the catalogs themselves and never verified anything with Scott/Amos or SG. I know this because these catalog publishers have a history of NOT supporting any type of cross reference. The site is a for-profit site that has a vested interest in providing a cross reference to generate more monetized traffic. Cross referencing catalog numbers is normally something that catalog publishers are interested in doing.

Additionally, color ID is dicey at best, especially by certification organizations that have less experience than others. It requires a significant reference collection, extraordinary experience, and analysis in a controlled ambient lighting environment. I think that a PF (USA) cert would carry far more value to US material buyers than the one you got.

Lastly, I think that the lesson to be learned here is that you got a cert that may not add much value in terms of determining the market value of this stamp. Knowledgeable US buyers would have more faith in the PF cert than a cert with a SG number and SG color nomenclature.
