A few possibilities: 1) this is genuine, and you're looking only at the 1864 imperforate while missing the 1¼ from 1865 that is perforated, or 2) the stamp is genuine but perforation isn't genuine-as-issued, or 3) the whole thing is a fake.

The stamp is a fake/crude reprint. Below are genuine plate characteristics to look for:

You can also check the perforation rate. If it is not 13.5 that is another way of detecting a fake.

First of all the perforation is wrong, it has to be 13 1/2 and also the colour doesn't look right to me, I truly believe is fake.

As already noted, the stamp is a forgery. The very top of the stamp, just under the perforations, has a very light horizontal line. You can also see just a bit of a vertical line going through the perfs on the right side. On a genuine stamp these lines would be thick and heavy. Genuine stamps also are watermarked with a U-shaped line.

The first, it's clearly not a stamp, but a cinderella. As for the others, I'll leave it for the experts, which I'm not.

Clovnfire,
first stamp has already been identified.
3 schilling blue - forgery
4 schilling green - I would say it is genuine (image not too good to say for sure), but the perforations are cut off. You can see a couple of remnants at the top.
9 schilling yellow - likely genuine. Postmark is a fake.
1 1/4 schilling - probably a forgery. Should have a watermark if genuine. Postmark is a forgery.
2 1/2 schilling green - forgery. would have a watermark if genuine.
