According to this Canada Post website Miss 2275 is an actual nurse photographed in an actual hospital room. Unfortunately they don't reveal which hospital.

Do we know anything about the lass on the 5c Canadian?

"A similar sentiment appears on the Canada 5c, the text of which, lit from the ubiquitous lamp claims that health guards the nation. The portrait of the earnest nurse caused a furore amongst Canadas nurses because the nurse was posed by a hospital secretary. "

Hi there Mr Spock.

Your quote would indicate that stamp collecting is booming in India
and will possible rival Chinese material in potential speculation.

I for one would be very interested to learn more about the current
stamp collecting climate in your country spock.

Please keep us informed.
