That is because Scott does not list them.

Look at the cover of your Scott catalog. Notice that it is a catalog of postage, not revenue, stamps.

This is the right half of the full revenue stamp, issued in 1948 and through the 1950s, it is common as a used half.

For Italian revenues there is the Cinti catalogue, which I do not own.
According to an Italian collector, specializing in tax stamps, these 100 lire are all very common.
Try to identify yours.

It was a little rough getting there, but there's your answer.

Foreign revenues aren't in Scott.

If you have an interest in revenues from Italy and the Italian-influenced areas, absolutely check out the Barefoot Italy catalogue. I can't say that it is the newest information, but I believe it's the newest English-language catalogue. Highly recommended.

Echo CJD's comment re John Barefoot catalogue. Wonderful resource.

Another resource is Alex Kemura's website re Italian Revenue. Quite helpful.

How can you tell the difference between 1957 and 1958-64 14.25?

Take a good look at them, the ones from 58-64 do not have a red stripe on the sides of the numbers.
