Translating the Cyrillic characters in this partial strike gives me, I think, "BUKURE...."
But none of my sources list a place-name in Bulgaria beginning with those letters.
And a GNS Search of that beginning combination in Bulgaria turned up "MLADEN." Huh?
A name change? Appreciate any help IDing this place.

Perhaps a Traveling Post Office (TPO) postmark?

"BUKURE..." could be BUKUREST - Bucharest, the capitol of Romania and then a train line to Bulgaria.

In Bulgarian, only one more character follows what is visible. BUKUREcz is a good candidate, but the position suggest there was something more at the top of the cancel.

At the bottom may be a Roman 'B' for Bucuresti, but also a Cyrillic 'V'.
The TPO is a possibility, it might also be a cancellation from a station from which trains to Bucharest departed.

Vayolene found the full one.
