Hello mottaz,

Yes, the first stamp is from the Russian Refugees Post, issued after General Wrangel evacuated his forces from Crimea.

It's listed by SG as Russian Refugees Post SG 104.

The Ukraine stamps are listed in various catalogues such as SG, Michel, Scott etc.

SG only lists the Russian Refugee Post and Ukraine regional issues in their SG Part 10 Russia catalogue but not in SG Stamps of the World.

I've checked my old Michel and Scott catalogues:

Michel shows example refugee post overprints but it doesn't list the stamps.

Michel does list the Ukraine regional overprints but I think the SG listing is much easier to understand.

Scott lists the Refugee Posts stamps under "Wrangel Issues" at the end of the Russia listing.

Scott lists the Ukraine Regional overprints in the Scott Classic Specialised catalogue but not in the Scott standard catalogue.

The last time I checked the Scott Classic Specialised listing of the Ukraine regional issues wasn't as complete as the SG listing although this may have changed in newer editions.
