Think you've got the wrong ID. Scott 92 / Michel 94 doesn't have the flag on the right side of the the post office.
It's either Scott 111 / Michel A 113 a (red under UV) or Scott 111b / Michel A 113 b (brownish lilac under UV). |

It is about the flag. The design changed with Scott 111 / Michel A 113.
That's not Scott 92a / Michel 94. It's Scott 111 / Michel A 113. If those sites say differently, they are wrong.
EDIT: And the perforation measurement on Scott 111 / Michel A 113 is Comb 14.75:14.5, 26:17 holes – exactly what you say you have here. |

PostmasterGS gave you a very good explanation why the stamp could not be Mi 94. There is a difference in design. "According to my information ,,, and this website" is much different from "check scott specialized or michel catalog and look here ..." The latter way of putting it can be interpreted as "You do not know what you are talking about." You might find this site interesting for the German Empire stamps. https://www.germanstamps.net/ |

dear:NSK didnt forget that interpret a written chat text specially in internet sites will in mostly give you wrong idea because you didnt see the face and body language tone of talk ,and may be as dear : shermae quote "I suspect there are cultural and language barriers in play here." so take things as I explain in the boundaries of stamp hoppy. |

dear:hornet785 thanks for your help although it is defferent perforation but I can say it may be due to shrinkage of paper as it is 14.75 while the issue latter is perf 15 I think. |

Quote: but I can say it may be due to shrinkage of paper as it is 14.75 while the issue latter is perf 15 I think Two points: 1. The stamps are dry when perforated, so there will be little chance for change between production and now. 2. And even if you believe the paper shrinks over time, the rate of perforations will increase, not decrease. |
