dear @revcollector the main reason to post is to be sure and another more important reason is to know so please put the reason for the judge you got so me and others can learn since as I know only one fiber in stamp is enough to be silk paper. |

One fiber is enough IF it is the correct type of fiber. Remember, this is 1860's paper, it tends to be "dirty" with incomplete pulping at times. And first issue silk paper is not simply old paper with some threads in it, silk paper has it's own characteristics. |

@revcollector what you say in brief what I mean you may have to explain more and the important point is how to differentiate type of fiber. also I will send another photos later to be as an education job thanks in advance. |

The very last image posted above looks like it could be a silk, but it is difficult to be certain from images. The paper has the brighter shade one would expect, as well as what appear to be blue threads, which are necessary. Your first images posted have neither aspect. I mean you should look from the back and hold it up to the light, and look carefully using a magnifying glass. Doing so will allow any threads embedded in the paper to be seen. |
