How sure are you that it is 12 1/2? If it's 12¾ then it's Scot 44 and variants.

it's perf. 12 ¾.

Maingroup 5, print around 110 or so. Frametype 5A, with a star cancellation that can't be read.

Note to all with their digital perf measurring devices:

the needles on any perforation machine will vary over time as needles wear and get replaced and thus leaving slight variations.

it's 99.9999% likely that all variations have been discovered, especially on classic stamps, do not assume you've found an expensive gem.

instead count either the perf holes or the perf ends, and put that gauge in the drawer.

danish classic, bicolored stamps are completely explored when it comes to types, Thieles printing house kept precise records of their productions and those have been preserved. You can trust the catalogues to have the numbering correct.

what we don't fully know is how each cliché was placed in each printing.
