I recently picked this up in Cleveland. Based on what I can find at Siegel it looks pretty good. thank you Telegraph experts!

It may have the perforations trimmed away at the top and the left. Kramer says they came in a booklet pane of 6 with perforations on all sides. Below is from Kramer's book:

Scott 5T2: The "social" frank also was issued in 1870, white letters on a red
brown background; "the main design is in black. The book number is printed over the
date in blue ... the panes were of 6 stamps, and were perforated on all sides of each
stamp, with a small margin between perfs and edges of pane."(2) Perforated 12, no
control numbers; a blue handstamp cancellation is illustrated above and on the color page.
