Below are front and back images of what appears to be a copy of Romagna Scott 5. That said, it could also be a reprint or even a forgery. Despite the rough photo, what are opinions regarding that status of this stamp?

Looks like a forgery - easiest clue (to me) circle at top right should be open at left to middle circle, not closed.

No it is not a forgery ........That is a reprint made in January of 1897 and is known in the philatelic community as Goldner forgeries Moens sold his electrotypes to Goldner of Hamburg . Forgeries have a straight white line thru the four on a angle . ,notice this stamp the angle white line widen as it slands down .
