Hi there,

I'm looking at purchasing some used stamps from the issue in the title of this post and it seems like many copies only have faint remnants of perforations if any at all. Is this normal for older Chilean issues or is this a major fault?

Thanks,

Jay

JAY --- You need to buy a few reference books first . Like a Chile specialized catalog ,plus a few others . Is it possible that they were private perforated ?
