Attached are images of a 375a booklet pane that has initials in the gum. I've looked through various resources to see if this was common. The initials do not match databases of sideographers. Do you know the background information on it?

Not of postal origin, but rather typical of an owner's mark applied later by a collector.

Thanks. Wasn't expecting collectors to have marked their stamps.

Serf tide, that used to be fairly common in the '50s and '60s in Europe. Collectors used circuits to sell stamps an that was an easy way of IDing who the stamps belonged to

Initials "RWB" stand for Rudy W. Becker. He was Bureau Issues Assn. member #1. (Today, the US Stamp Society). His handstamp was applied to hundreds, possibly thousands of early Bureau and
W-F issues in his collection.
