I have measured the ruler on the right with my ruler and the sheet a priori is well printed... |

The other perf gauge on the Stamp Smarter is locked to only print at 100%.
The Zurek gauge you printed, IF you printed it from inside your browser (as opposed to downloading and opening it in your desktop). MAY NOT print at 100% by default.
Try printing it again and when your browser print dialog box comes up make sure Scale it is not set to 'Fit To Page' but rather is set to 100%. Don |

OK, let's try again, Humor me a bit. Do you have a copy of a stamp from the Presidential series of 1938? Like these. Please show us an image of one of them with your gauge where it aligns best with the top/bottom perfs. Thanks. |

The 1 cent Washington stamp should come out at 11 also. Thus discard this gauge and refer to Don's post. |

It is easy to check your printout since it has English/metric scales at right: (As an aside, I am surprised nobody has commented on the centering of the partial Prixie set.) |

Quote: what I don't know is the belower left corner does not have a perforación The lower left corner looks just like the upper left and the upper right. Those are what I call "rounded corners" and detract from the look (and value). |

Without a doubt it loses a lot of appearance... it makes it more gross... |

Ahhh, much better.
The next point would be that the various catalog publishers round off the the nearest half or quarter, so the exact perforation rate is *not* 10 or 11 or 12 or whatever, but close, so when the U.S. catalog choices are 10 or 11 and you get 10.8, then it should be interpreted to match the perf 11 listing. Many collectors will set aside their perforation gauges and use an actual stamp of known gauge to compare to their unknown stamps.
Add: You are half way home with your 5 cent Roosevelt stamp. Do the side perfs gauge closer to 11 or 10.5, which are two different catalog numbers? |
