Hello. At long last I've got around to tidying-up my stamp collection... It's only taken me 50 years! But there is one stamp I can't identify - it has a white/cream Tughra on a green background (all the others seem to be coloured Tughras on white backgrounds), with a value of 1/2. Can anyone tell me what country it is from, please?
