I found this interesting stamp and partial write-up in a small collection I acquired. The stamp is definitely the one in the write-up, but half the write-up is missing! I am guessing that it states that the cancellation bears the marking of Vickers Express? What part of the cancellation marks it so?

Riley,
this comes from the text on pp 647 of the book of Winthrop S. Boggs, The postage stamps and postal History of Canada. I am attaching 2 sample images of the reference page, with the complete text.
