Hello, I have the US Perfin catalogue but I am unable to identify the following two patterns.

The second one is quite easy - L5 with some missing holes.

I haven't found the first one, but just as an idea:

In Europe there are many numeral perforations found on stamps, when people sent their Kodak films in to be developed. In the factory the envelopes got a unique processing number, and sometimes the employees perforated the stamps as well. I don't know if that was common in the States, too.

I also got an email confirmation regarding the perfins.
You are correct on both identities L-5 and partial Kodak perforation.
