How To Sell Large Book Of Collected Stamps

Hi there.
I'm sure you get these questions all the time, so apologies up front!

My father unearthed a stamp collection book that has been partially populated.

I've tried looking some of the stamps up but not sure the best way to go as there are hundreds and hundreds of stamps. The book is from 1967 and is called Comprehensive World Wide Stamp Album. I'd say it is less than 5 percent complete (of 250000 possible entries).

How would I go about getting a value on the entire book?
Also, any suggestions on value for this one page?

Looks like it was probably a child's collection. I personally would toss it but many would advise donating to a child you know or put in your local outdoor lending library

With so many places to donate to and so many who would be happy having them that is really sad.........
