Doing a little postal history search. I suspect this is sent to a Mrs. Balsorah P. Riley of Westville. I believe it is Westville, Georgia however not sure since other states with that name are union. ?? Also not sure of the letters on the far bottom. So far not much luck finding this person or sure of the city/state. Thoughts?

My first thought was Mississippi. But that's only because I'm used to dealing with old Germanic spellings where what looks like the 'f' is an s. Someone else may have better input on this.

The destination state is clearly Mississippi, although in the older style as "Mifs"

Balsorah was born about 1846 in Mississippi. She married Franklin Riley in a1862 in the middle of the war. During the war Franklin served as a private in the 16th Mississippi Infantry Regiment of the Confederate Army which fought in at least 10 major battles between 1861 and 1865, mostly in Virginia and Maryland but also at Gettysburg. The16th Mississippi lost half of their men in battles so her husband Franklin making it through the war was remarkable. In 1873, Franklin was appointed postmaster of Hebron, Mississippi.
