I was sorting out the old stamp stock and suddenly I met Tasmania stamp SG#250 with WM 11 but WM#11 is inverted.
I nothing found about this inverted WM at any catalogs.
Could you please tell me Is it RARE or it is common stamp.

Inverted watermark is nothing special in these. The printing technique meant they are common.
