I would like to show you this beautiful and interesting strip of Spanish stamps from the years 1936-40, SC#648.
Each specimen individually is a stamp with a little value because they are a type II "Fournier Burgos". The strip is interesting in my opinion for 3 reasons:
-It is composed of models of the type SC#648, bone type II as I already mentioned.
-It has a postmark called "patriotic" that is shown in full along the strip: shield + "¡VIVA ESPAÑA!" Also, although I don't know if this influences Spanish stamps (I don't have a specialized catalog for Spain), it is a curious violet/magenta color.
-The last stamp of the strip has a printing error in "Fournier Burgos", leaving the impression of the legend incomplete, blurry and with excess ink. I have seen this printing error in the same model on the stamps of a philately specialized in Spanish stamps, I suppose it must be reflected in the specialized catalogs
.
The story of its purchase is curious... I went into a numismatic store to buy coins and saw that they had a box with mixes of stamps of all types at 0.10 per unit, I started searching a little and found several models of type I and type II. Back in the day, when I classified my stamps from Spain through the catalogue, I had seen that there was a Fournier variety that was valuable, but I made a mistake and bought only type I...when I got home and realized my mistake, I had to go back to also buy the type II ones...And it was also a pleasant surprise to find the printing error in the last stamp on the strip.
I hope you like them.

That is a very nice strip of the type II stamp (Edif. 823A). I like the Isabela la Católica y El Cid series. I, however, do not see the ¡VIVA ESPAÑA!

Here is a better scan of the two types from my collection . Yours look like they didn't clean the plate correctly causing the over inking .

I never seen a overprint across so many stamps for a Civil War issue ,maybe just a cancelation .

OP did not claim it was an overprint. OP appears to think the cachet at the top of the cover I posted (not mine) was applied. The violet colour is common for a lot of military markings applied at the time. I do see the shield. However, I cannot make ¡VIVA ESPAÑA! of what follows.

I am tempted to say it is some kind of slogan cachet applied in the nationalist zone. My biggest issue is with the symbol at the centre of the third stamp. I doubt it is a letter. It looks like a 'W' but that is not a Spanish letter. It, only, appears in words copied from foreign languages.

The slogan is: shield +! VIVA ESPAÑA, the typography of each letter is very very narrow, much more than that show on the cover (which also has a full shield). In the photo of this other block of 4 it can be seen more clearly.
I show you a strip of 10 stamps type I cancelled, it is really impressive but it is not as pretty as the 4 stamps and also some stamps are damaged.

Still not seeing it. There is no letter or combination of letters in 'VIVA ESPAÑA' that makes the character on that third stamp.

The block of 2x2 does not have the shield. It is a completely different cachet.

The shield is unclear. That on the cover is a different one.

I hope that in these photos you can see it better... They are very narrow letters but it clearly reads VIVA ESPAÑA...

Yes, that is clear. Now, I see it.

The crown over the shield might help you identify the military district where it was applied.
