Not really, that looks like a manufactured 'collectible' with a gold tinted paper. Not enough gold (even if it is real) to have a value. It's pretty and thats about all.

It is a terrible reproduction. It has no importance whatsoever. It is just a piece of paper with an image on it.

This describes almost every stamp ever issued.....

The penny black reproduction may be worth a dollar or two as a curio, but you won't have to spend a small fortune to get a nice example of the genuine article.
