The dates should be apparent from the cancels. The first looks like a January 30, 1918. The second picture is too dark and blurry to tell.
The contents are written in French (I see you're in Morocco, so this shouldn't be much of a challenge) and Google Translate should tell you in about two seconds what the German and Italian text means.
Both letters are addressed to the Belgian Assurances Générales companies. The first is addressed to Assurances Générales contre les Risques d'Incendie (fire insurance, 1830) and the second to Assurances Générales sur la Vie (life assurance,1824) in Brussels. The two are now part of AGEAS.
The first comes from Vienna Re*, the second from Assicurazioni Generali, the Italian insurance company.
Both were subject to military censorship and were released by the 'militärische Post-Überwachungsstelle,' an Austrian military post censorship office (WWI).
