I haven't seen the Arnprior double arc (on both sides) before.
It could be scarce. If you want more info on these, consider joining the Postal History Society of Canada (PHSC). They have great resources and a cancel database.
I've been racking my brain to figure out what looks like Goldfield C.E. on the middle stamp. Now, I know that this town is in Ontario but it opened in 1884 to 1913. It is very close to Cornwall which is where Quebec and Ontario and the state of New York converge. Maybe, just maybe it was once in C.E. (Canada East) after all boundaries sometimes move or mistakes made. It is very close to the boundary between C.E. (Canada East) and C.W. (Canada West). There has to be a historian out there with much more knowledge than me and the internet.
