Looks like too much ink and such. Just a DT?

I don't see any doubling of lines. Thinking perhaps the paper was too damp when it was printed. Attached image compares yours with a mint example from the Siegel website. Blurry photo quality aside, you can see that the oval segments of the frame on the top, bottom, an sides are clean on both. The little backwards comma within the LRH ornament is very clear in yours as it is in the Siegel image. None of the lettering seems doubled.

To me it looks like somewhat heavy inking, not a DT.

OK, I see what Phila was saying now - I was looking at a mint stamp that has the doubling and I see that artifact is not a sign of a DT. OK - good - glad I asked. Thanks.

Hi rlsny, just to be clear, I selected the Siegel image because it doesn't have any doubling. Though I don't have a #63 myself, I remembered I have a 63P4 and made a 1200 dpi scan of the US POSTAGE section. What looks like a ghostly "P" is just a larger than usual white area in the background lathework.
