Hi All,

Could you please give me an opinion on this stamp. It's meant to be 12 perf, but it comes up different on my gauge as 11x10.5. Am I measuring this incorrectly or have you heard of a differing variety?

The picture shows the differing 11 perf alignment.

This stamp is Scott # 707, issued in 1932, and was indeed perforated 11 x 10 1/2.

For U.S. stamps, perf. 12 was used up until 1914. After 1914, there are a few ABN related stamps that were also perf. 12 ending in 1979.
